How the market reads by region
02
Greece's property geography bridges mainland metropolitan hubs with iconic island archipelagos. The Attica basin and Athens Riviera are undergoing historic urban regeneration with major waterfront masterplans; Central Macedonia and Thessaloniki lead northern trade corridors; the Cyclades, Ionian, and Crete demand specialized island zoning and cadastral verifications. Estate Ulagam enforces Electronic Building ID certificates and national cadastre records across every region.

Every Greece submission is checked against the same working set of records before it can be reviewed for publication, governed by Law 4072/2012 & Law 4495/2017 (Control and Protection of Built Environment). None of this is a substitute for independent legal advice — it is the paperwork our desk asks an advertiser to produce, and cross-checks before an advertisement goes live.
