Question 1

What does 'verified' mean on Estate Ulagam?

Accepted Answer

It means our review desk checked the advertiser's identity, the ownership or authority document they supplied, and the details of the advertisement itself before it was published. It is an advertising verification review — not a government title search, a legal opinion, a property inspection, or a guarantee of ownership.

Question 2

Why can't I publish my property immediately?

Accepted Answer

Estate Ulagam is not a self-publishing marketplace. A submission becomes public only after three separate things are true: the advertising fee is confirmed, the submitted documents are verified, and an operator has approved the final advertisement. That gate is the product.

Question 3

How long does the review take?

Accepted Answer

Most complete submissions are reviewed within two working days. A submission missing a document, or carrying one we cannot read, goes back to you as a correction request with a note explaining exactly what is needed.

Question 4

Why do enquiries go to Estate Ulagam rather than the seller?

Accepted Answer

Seller contact details are not published by default. Enquiries open a WhatsApp conversation with the Estate Ulagam desk — one desk for every country — carrying the listing reference, and we route it from there. It keeps advertisers' numbers off a public page and gives every enquiry a record.

Question 5

Why do I need to verify my phone and email to enquire?

Accepted Answer

Browsing is open to everyone and always will be. Verification applies only to saving a property, sending an enquiry, or opening the WhatsApp desk — the three actions that create an obligation for someone else to respond.

Question 6

What does advertising cost?

Accepted Answer

Packages are priced per market and per duration, and are listed in full on the Packages page in your market's own currency. There are no listing commissions and no success fees — you pay for the advertising term, nothing else.

Question 7

What happens when my advertising term ends?

Accepted Answer

The advertisement expires automatically on the package end date and stops being publicly visible. We send renewal reminders before that date; a renewal extends the end date once the renewal payment is confirmed.

Question 8

What if my submission is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot verify a submission, it is not published and the advertising fee for the unpublished term is refundable under the terms of service. A correction request is not a rejection — it is a chance to supply what is missing.
